The DeKalb County Public Library offers a Reading Program called "FIZZ, BOOM, READing fun!  Check the attached program for the kick-off dates.  They also have lots of free activities throughout the summer.   
Scholastic is also offering a Summer Reading Challenge called Reading Under the Stars. Sign up online.
